How long will it take me to reach my goal?
Each goal is unique and will take different lengths of time. The healthy rate of weight loss or gain is 1-2lbs per week. So a good way to guess the length of time is to use that rate of change and multiply it by the amount of pounds you want to loose or gain.
How many pounds per week should I lose?
You should lose between 1-2lbs per week.
Will I see results?
Yes. But you must follow the exercise program given to you. Maintain a good eating habit. Complete the recommended amount of cardio and aerobic exercises out side of your training sessions.

How far in advance do I need to make an appointment?
You should make your appointments at least a week in advance.
How far in advance to I need to cancel my appointment?
Cancellations should be made in a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations made in less than 24 will result in a charged session for personal training and a $50 charge for all massage sessions.
If I have in home massage do I need to have any equipment?
No. Each therapist will have everything they need for your session. All you need is a quite room.
If I have in home training do I need to have any equipment?
No. Each trainer will have everything they need for your session. If you have equipment it’s a plus but not a necessity. You just need enough space to be able to do some exercise.
