Cardio kickboxing creates a fun and energetic way to burn calories, while targeting all areas of the body. The class program lasts 5 weeks and is held twice a week. Each class is 1 hour long. During the 5 weeks you will learn how to punch and kick effectively and have fun doing it. The class will consist of different drills to help with timing and coordination to create a total body work out. Conditioning is a big part of this class so get ready to sweat and have some fun.
The cost for an introductory class is $20.
The cost for the 5 week program is $150.
