With his passion for health, wellness and fitness, and his compassion for helping individuals reach and achieve their goals is how Body Defining was created. Body Defining is made up of professional certified personal trainers and massage therapists. We bring to you years of knowledge in the health and wellness, fitness, massage and nutrition fields.
