Speed and Agility Training

At Body Defining our Speed & Agility training sessions are one on one or can be group workouts. The focus of this type of training is to develop better running technique, increase first-step explosion, sport specific fundamentals and mechanics, core strength, and an overall increase in speed, quickness and agility.  Most of the sessions take place outside where the athlete(s) will train on different terrains such as grass, turf, hills and others. Some of the training will be done with the aid of various speed and agility equipment.

Each Speed & Agility training session lasts one-hour. It is an intense training session designed to enhance the abilities for male and female athletes that they already have in any sport.  With vast knowledge of the body and how muscles work used in conjunction with state of the art proven techniques. The Body Defining Team will be able to enhance speed, quickness and agility for athletes of all ages.

Our goal is to define, enhance, educate and mentor each athlete that comes through our camp. We will create and implement proven techniques which each athlete will be able to continue to use even after they have completed the camp. Its design is to work on all areas which are linked to the improvement of speed and agility. Areas such as power, flexibility and mental toughness are some of the goals we set to accomplish which each athlete.

Sports Specific Training

Weather you know someone who is an athlete or have seen them on the TV, we all know that competitive athletes are a different breed and in a class of their own. That’s why everyone isn’t an athlete. With this knowledge we have created and designed training programs for athletes in the respective sports. We will train you to be more a more dominate player giving you the ability to react more efficiently to your opponent’s movements, hits, shots etc.

First you will meet with one of our qualified and certified trainers to go over your goals and needs for your specific sport. After that your trainer will create a program which will be designed to give you more enhanced skills in your sport. Your program will also be designed to increase your strength, speed and quickness directly related to your individual sport.
